Dy-Mark Landscape Chalk – 350g

General

Dy-Mark Landscape Chalk features a fast dry formula, ideal for TEMPORARY marking on roads, pavement, gravel, grass and other areas. Lasts up to 30 days and can be washed off with water. Landscape Chalk is suitable for use with the Long Arm Handle and 2-Wheel Spot Marking Handle, also available from Dy-Mark.

Directions For Use

Suitable Surfaces:

• Concrete, bitumen, steel, timber and grass.

Ideal Application Temperature:

• Between 5ºC and 40ºC.
• Avoid use in windy conditions.

Before Spraying:

• Shake can for at least 45 seconds AFTER the mixing ball begins to rattle.
• Shake can occasionally during use.

Application:

• Hold can in the INVERTED position (upside down), and spray with the nozzle approximately 10-15cm from the surface. Adjust the spray width by moving closer or further away from the surface to be sprayed.

Drying Time:

• Touch dry in 10 minutes (@25ºC)
• Drying time will be slower in cold and humid conditions, in the absence of ventilation or where heavy film build is applied.

After Spraying:

• Prevent blocking by holding the can upright and spraying until only clear gas escapes. Also wipe spray tip of the nozzle clean of paint.

Caution:

• Painted surfaces may become slippery when wet. Refer to disclaimer in the TDS page 3.

Storage

• Store locked up.
• Protect from sunlight.
• Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50ºC
• Store in a well-ventilated place.

Disposal

Pressurised container:

• Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
• Aerosol should be completely emptied prior to disposal.
• Dispose of contents/container according to regional regulations.
