CorrosionX® Extended Duty (also know as CorrosionX XD) is a medium build (thickened) version of CorrosionX®. The higher viscosity offers longer-term resilience against displacement of removal by splash or spray. CorrosionX XD penetrates existing rust and corrosion, displaces moisture and prevents electrolysis. It leaves a non-hardening, self-healing coating for maximum protection against moisture intrusion, while providing outstanding, long-lasting lubrication for all moving parts. Performs on already wet and corroded surfaces. As a medium-build film, CorrosionX XD does not accumulate dust and dirt like grease does. CorrosionX XD contains no wax, tar or silicone, and unlike wax coatings, will not dry, harden or crack under stress. Safe on paint, glass, gelcoat, wiring insulation, most rubber, plastics and electronics. Designed to withstand extreme corrosive environments including sulphuric and direct saltwater spray.

UNIQUE PERFORMANCE:

Applicable over wet or already rusty surfaces.
Extremely resistant against Sulphur, Methane and salt.
XD has unlimited shelf life.
It does not dry or go sticky.

Superb lubrication factor of 0,4, some 3 times better than engine oil.
Safe to 25.000 Volt.
Food safe, not food grade.
Protects and penetrates even into rusty hydraulic fittings, bolts, hinges, locks, chain drives and winch cables.
HD does not go sticky or dry.
Used on i.e. chain and sprockets it will not need to be cleaned off, but can simply be topped up with new product.

DIRECTIONS OF USE

Apply CorrosionX Extended Duty to metal surfaces (spray or brush on).
For extensive applications, use a CorrosionX Handi-Spray System, available from CCNZ.
REMOVAL: Easily removed with a good degreaser or, for larger surfaces, use a steam cleaner fortified with U.S. Corrosion Technologies’ Xtreme Clean(TM).
