CorrosionX Grease extreme performance / NLGI II grease is a high performance, multi-purpose, extreme pressure rated NLGI #2 grade premium grease. Suitable for the toughest marine environments, CorrosionX Grease thrives where other products fail. A grease combined with a rust killer. Engineered for maximum shear stability, film strength and heavy shock-load performance, CorrosionX Grease offers unsurpassed wear and extreme pressure protection. Premium base oils provide proven oxidation resistance, unsurpassed performance in marine and freshwater environments. Over-based calcium sultanate complex thickener maximizes pumpability, water resistance and high dropping point of 286 degrees C. Superior anti-wear additives lubricate and prevent wear. Synergistic corrosion inhibitors protect against rust and corrosion. Advanced extreme pressure additive package handles high carrying and shock loads. CorrosionX Grease is used to lubricate the wire ropes on container cranes at all New Zealand’s major ports because it extends the life of the wires. CorrosionX grease sticks to the crane wires at a molecular level, so our grease provides long lasting lubrication and corrosion protection and will not flick off and block critical sensors.

APPLICATIONS:

Ideal for automotive and extreme pressure applications in marine, construction, mining, agricultural, logging and hauling industries .

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Remember, that greases may be incompatible.

Always push out old grease completely prior to applying new grease and putting equipment back into service.

400 gram cartridge or drum packs fit standard grease gun equipment.

1. Insert cartridge into grease gun. Clean fittings and surfaces to be lubricated prior to applying CorrosionX Grease.

2. Pump CorrosionX Grease into the fitting ensuring all old grease is pushed from the equipment.

3. Reapplication frequency is based on the operation and the manufacturer’s specification

SAFETY BRIEF / PRECAUTIONS:

This grease is rated food safe by the NZ MPI industry standards to class C11 (same as Lanolin.

Avoid direct food contact.

Keep away from children.

Clean spillages on floors to avoid accidents.
