Ardex K275 Fast Dry Commercial Floor Levelling Compound is a levelling and smoothing compound with a new fast drying formula. It is designed to level and smooth internal sub-floors prior to applying floor finishes. It is a high-performance product, that is quick and easy to use, and provides a smooth level surface.

Suitable for all commercial applications

Max Thickness: 2mm to 25mm in one application
Coverage: 4m² at 3mm thickness.

Floor Coverings:
Vinyl, Carpet, Floating Timber

Substrates:
ARDEX K275 is designed to be installed over internal new
and existing dry concrete substrates as well as ARDEX A38,
ARDEX A48 and ARDEX K900BF.
It is not recommended for use over timber, steel decking,
or subfloors subject to vibration. For these areas, ARDEX
recommends using ARDEX K 65 or ARDEX K 60 Arditex.
