Veneer Flooring
Timber Veneer Flooring is just that. It is a select, natural timber product that is carefully applied as a veneer, usually 3 to 4mm thick, which is glued over a cross-laminated composite timber, or ply base. The cross-ply base material helps to resist warping and deformation. This is the perfect product to provide a natural appearance, as every board has its own identity and no two boards will ever be the same colour or grain. Hence the ‘natural’ floor is a blend of colour and finishes. Natural floors often require a little more ‘care’ than synthetic floors and tend to react less favourably to excessive temperature and moisture variations.
